NEW CONCORDIA WHARF, REMODELLING
Located in a Thames side warehouse conversion this apartment was in need of a complete overhaul which ASAP undertook at the end of 2009. Following design and project management from Simon Yauner of Green Architecture the interior of the property was remodelled with all internal partitons demolited and relocated, new lighting was intalled throughout and the shower and bathrooms were overhauled with new sanitaryware and porcelain tiles. The existing oak floor was taken up, stored and then relaid, sanded and sealed. The end result of this work was a home with a modern feel in a 19th Century setting as per the client's specification. |
