This Grade II listed house on the edge of Hampstead Heath required extensive renovation. The brief from the clients was to have a home which meets their needs on a day-to day basis while providing a flexible space for hosting their extended family and circle of friends.

The kitchen was made by on-site joiners which are faced by factory finished sprayed doors. The worktops and wall hung shelves are a mixture Carrara Marble and Cardosa Stone. The dining room and front rooms have purpose made seating made in American Oak which compliments the floor finish.

The sloping garden has been extensively excavated to create terraces, with the garden walls being underpinned. A timber frame summer house has been built at the top of the garden, this is heavily insulated  and has triple glazed doors creating a comfortable place to relax regardless of the conditions.
