HIGHBURY, CONVERSION & RENOVATION
One of the largest projects that ASAP Construction have undertaken in the last few years this involved a complete renovation of the property. This five storey building had been split into a number of flats, the brief was to convert the property back into a single dwelling complete with self contained basement flat, family home on the upper floors and games and AV room at the top of the building. Lead by the design team of Barbara Weiss Architects, our workforce was involved in this project for a large part of 2009. All areas of the house received new fixtures and fittings including natural oak floors throughout the ground floor, heritage cornices and skirting to match existing and bespoke joinery and stone work throughout bathrooms. |
