MARLEBONE, KITCHEN & DEN
This work was carried out for a client we have previously worked for on a number of occasions, the aim was to install an entirely new kitchen in the ground floor of the house and to remove the existing kitchen from the basement, converting the area to an all purpose den/ guest room/shower room. The family stayed in residence throughout the project and so it was paramount that at no point should they be without a kitchen. This was achieved during the winter of 2009/2010 with additional structural work being carried out to the kitchen floor to accommodate new fittings complete with Italian granite and bespoke joinery. The basement was damp proofed and completed with European Oak floors and oak joinery, an existing flat roof was also overhauled with a new lantern light to aid light in the basement. |
