ASAP Construction was established in the late eighties by a group of experienced tradesmen and construction managers, since then we have developed a specialisation in the renovation, extension and remodelling of a wide variety of domestic properties throughout London and the South East, with a portfolio that includes a number of town  houses, listed buildings and apartment blocks.

We offer the complete range of building services with a core workforce of experienced, accredited tradesmen and access to numerous trusted partner contractors. We are capable of managing projects on our client’s behalf, as suits many of our repeat clients, or in conjunction with one of the respected architects we have developed links with, these projects can range in scope from £20K to £1million. 

Our approach is flexible with, our workforce are able to cope different finishes and specifications, the flexibility is also illustrated in the range of projects we have been involved in, although we specialise in domestic projects we have also undertaken a  number of renovations and additions to schools, churches and hotels.

We aim to undertake our work with a minimum of intrusion and disturbance for our client’s and their neighbours within designated time frames.  Health and Safety is of great importance in our work, be it the correct insurance/documentation or ensuring that qualified tradesmen undertake our work (our plumbers are Gas Safe registered and electricians are NICEIC accredited.) We also aim to limit environmental impact, we endeavour to reuse/recycle materials on site and only use Environment Agency licensed waste carriers.
