STEPNEY, LISTED BUILDING EXTENSION
Managed and designed for the client by Gus Alexander Architects, this eighteenth century house had already been converted from a clinic into a family home when we were brought on board. The scope of our work was to renovate the ground floor kitchen area and marry this with a new modern extension at the rear of the building, providing more living space for the family all the while adhering to listed building consent. The extension was fitted with rubber flooring and aluminium sliding doors, we were also involved in the in the works to the new courtyard garden including new paving and the fitting of a pair of reclaimed iron gates. |
